Itinerary
Day 01
Bromo Sunrise & Mount Bromo Adventure
00:15 — Pick up from Surabaya Airport/Train Station/Bus Station/Other location.
00:30 — Head to Sukapura Village for a toilet stop and to meet your 4WD jeep.
03:00 — Journey to Penanjakan Hill to watch the sunrise.
04:00 — Arrive at the Sunrise Point (Bukit Cinta, Kingkong, Prau, or another viewpoint). Enjoy hot coffee/tea while waiting for sunrise (~05:15 AM).
06:00 — Drive to Mount Bromo, passing through the Sea of Sands. Enjoy a photo stop at Widodaren Valley.
07:00 — Trek to the crater of Bromo (or take a horse ride, optional).
08:30 — Enjoy a delicious breakfast at a local restaurant.
09:30 — Depart for Bondowoso
13:30 — Arrives to Bondowoso, check in at the hotel, and rest, Free program.
Day 02
Ijen Blue Fire Trek
00:15 — Wake-up call, breakfast box, and head to Paltuding, Mount Ijen.
02:30 — Trek to the summit of Mount Ijen (~1.5 hours). If you're lucky, witness the mesmerizing Blue Fire phenomenon. Enjoy the sunrise with the stunning turquoise lake in the crater.
06:30 — Return to Surabaya or be dropped off at Ketapang Harbour if you're continuing to Bali. End of tour.
13:30 — Arrive in Surabaya, end of the tour.

It’s about 1.5 hours uphill on a wide path, done pre-dawn to catch the Blue Fire. A moderate fitness level is enough; you can rest as often as you need.
Will I definitely see the Blue Fire?
The Blue Fire is a natural phenomenon, so sightings can’t be guaranteed — clear, dry pre-dawn conditions give the best chance. The crater lake sunrise is spectacular either way.
Can I continue to Bali instead of returning to Surabaya?
Yes — we can drop you at Ketapang Harbour after the Ijen trek, where ferries cross to Bali. Just tell us when you book.
