Booking

Bookings are made by inquiry via WhatsApp (+62 899-3535-888) or the contact form. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the itinerary, date, and price in writing and any agreed deposit has been received.

Prices

Prices are quoted in US dollars per person unless stated otherwise, and include the items listed under "What's Included" on each tour page. Anything listed as excluded — personal expenses, optional activities, meals not mentioned — is payable locally.

Changes & cancellations

Itineraries are flexible: contact us as early as possible to reschedule. Cancellation terms, including any deposit refund, are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Force-majeure events (volcanic activity, official closures of Bromo or Ijen, extreme weather) may require route changes for safety; we will always propose the best available alternative.

Safety & insurance

You join tours at your own responsibility and should follow the guide's instructions at all times. Travel insurance covering adventure activities is strongly recommended.
